The first paragraph only is amended to read as follows: Proposals to the Low Cost Precision Kill (LCPK) Advanced Technology Demonstration (ATD) 2.75 inch Guided Rocket (GR) Program RFP are sought. The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command (AMCOM), Missile Research, Development, and Engineering Center (MRDEC) is seeking prototype LCPK GR system hardware and associated engineering and test for demonstration of viable, near term material solutions for the Army Aviation's Directorate of Combat Development (DCD) Advanced Precision Kill Weapon System (APKWS) requirement. Certain data related to this RFP is restricted U.S. only. Therefore, participation at the prime and subcontract levels is restricted to contractors possessing a final U.S. facility clearance. The prime contractor must possess weapon system integration experience and expertise and the capability to produce large quantities specified by the APKWS requirement for EMD and production. Foreign industry will only be considered for participation at the unclassified level. Foreign industry desiring a copy of the RFP must make a formal request through their Embassy to Headquarters, Department of the Army, however, participation is not guaranteed and each request will be adjudicated on a case by case basis.
