S. Naval Observatory (USNO) to procure four (4) Dual Frequency twelve channel Global Positioning System (GPS), Precise Positioning Service (PPS) Time Monitor Receivers. Receivers must be capable of operation in accordance with ICD-GPS-203 peformance standards. The receivers must be able to remove SA/AS in real time and and be capable of simultaneously tracking up to 12 GPS satellites providing measurements of (1CA), L1(P/Y) and (2 P/Y) code of each satellite being tracked.
