Officer, (202) 307-3070 Sources having the ability to provide
OUT-PATIENT assessment and counseling services in the Pensacola,
Florida area for the drug abuse treatment and substance abuse treatment
of male and female Federal offenders (inmates) held under the authority
of various United States Statutes. A Firm-Fixed-Price Requirements type
contract is anticipated for a total of five years. An estimated 42
inmates will require services during a one-year Base Period and four
one-year option periods. Services for the five-year contract will be
performed from October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2004. The services
required for each period include: (1) Intake Assessments (one per
inmate); (2) Individual Counseling (30 30-minute sessions per inmate);
(3) Group Counseling (44 30-minute sessions per inmate); and (4)
Family Counseling (1 30-minute session per inmate). The services
described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons'
"Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment/Substance Abuse Treatment" Statement
of Work. The estimated Request For Proposals (RFP) issue date is o/a
July 16, 1999; the estimated RFP closing date is o/a August 13, 1999.
