The contractor shall provide all labor and materials to perform dockside repairs. CGC KUKUI is home ported in Honolulu, HI. All work shall be at the cutter's home moorage during the period of 12 October 1999 and complete 03 December 1999. Work items to include; ballast tank clean and inspect, fuel oil tank clean and inspect, spill oil recovery system tank cleaning and inspection, auxiliary salt water system modification, pressure relief valve inspection and test, replace vapor compression unit with reverse osmosis desalination plates, replacement of non fire safe valves with fire safe valves, buoy handling gear inspection and test, level 1, hydraulic and mechanical chain stopper inspection and test, level 1, buoy deck padeye testing, anchor windlass/capstan inspection and test, polymeric deck coverings replacement, repair, and resealing, temporary services, weather deck preservation.
