Dickens, Contracting Officer, 256-876-2015 This contract covers services and resources required to plan, analyze, establish, operate and sustain wholesale forward supply activities for the Army Materiel Command (AMC) Logistics Centers of Excellence (ALCOE) Centralized Distribution Activities (CDAs) for AMC Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) based weapon systems at various CONUS and OCONUS locations. The proposed contract listed herein is set aside to the U. S. Small Business Administration under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. This contract will cover a basic requirement in FY00 for CONUS and OCONUS operations plus FY00 surge options for CONUS and OCONUS, and contingency options for deployment and mobilization/demobilization.
