N -- PROVIDE/INSTALL SOUND REINFORCEMENT & VIDEO SYSTEMS, U.S. DISTRICT COURT, OMAHA, NEBRASKA SOL USCA 99-5155 DUE 081399 POC Denise Reavis, 202-502-1330 Furnish all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and expertise necessary to provide, install, and test complete and fully operational sound reinforcement and video infrastructure in nine (9) courtrooms in the U.S. District Court, Omaha, NE to include 7 District, 1 Special Proceedings, and 1 Court of Appeals Courtrooms. The audio/visual reinforcement systems includes voice reinforcement, assisted listening, recording, phone interface and a control system. The courtrooms technology includes items like evidence presentation systems, infrastructure distribution, switching, controls, and video conferencing. The work includes but is not limited to supply/fabrication/testing and adjustment of sound reinforcement, preparation of operations and maintenance manuals, user training, warranty maintenance, and the repair and refinishing of all surfaces damaged during the installation of the system components and cabling. The contractor shall have calibrated test equipment of sufficient quality to permit repair andadjustment of system components to manufacture's specifications. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible bidder submitting the lowest-price. Estimated cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required.
