The United States Government, represented by the Agency for International Development (USAID), is contemplating the award of a five year cost-plus-award fee type contract. This procurement is an 8(a) set-aside. The Office of Health and Nutrition within the Bureau for Global Programs, Field Support and Research, and the Center for Population, Health and Nutrition, plans to award a contract that is designed to provide population, health, and nutrition technical teams in USAID, other agencies, and developing countries with essential information on program needs, technologies, costs, and impacts to support accurate priority setting, design, management, and evaluation of country programs. At the same time, the Contractor shall bring together information, communication, and reporting systems to advise USAID, other donors, and country officials on epidemiological and demographic trends as well as financial and programmatic data for each USAID PHN country program. This procurement is a follow-on activity to the existing Center for International Health Information project.
