A Contract wil be awarded for 1 Base year -- Oct. 1, 1999 to Sept. 30, 2000 with 4 one-year Options. Offeror will prepare a price and technical proposal, evaluation on an equal basis. The Technical Evaluation factors are: 1) Key Personnel, 2) Equipment, and 3) Operation Plan. The Price Evaluation factor will be based on equipment costs.
