Transportation for VA beneficiaries will primarily be provided in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas for VA Long Beach and for San Diego and Imperial Counties for VA San Diego. All offerors must be licensed for operation in those areas. Services are required 24 hours per day, seven days a week.
