If sufficient funding is available, ALL pay items will be awarded. If sufficient funds are not available, the Base Pay Items will be awarded and as many Additive Pay Items that stay within the available funding will be awarded. Interested quoters must provide a price for ALL items, Base and Additive, or their quote may be rejected. The upgrade of various buildings shown under the Base Pay Items includes the following work: 1) Warehouse -- remove and replace roofing, siding, gutters, trim, and windows; 2) Garage/Shed -- remove and replace siding, gutters, trim, entrance door, overhead doors, and windows; 3) Oil House -- remove and replace siding, roofing, gutters, trim and windows, and; 4) District Office -- remove and replace gutters, trim, and siding where shown, and remove canopy. Additional work shown under the Additive Pay Items includes the following: 1) Replace exterior light on Office; 2) Replace sidewalk at Office; 3) Build a screening fence at office around HVAC equipment; 4) Reroof Garage/Shed; 5) Reroof District Office; 6) Replace entrance doors on Warehouse and Oil House, and; 7) Replace 3 windows in front entrance of Office. The work will take place at the Tell City Ranger District Office Compound of the Hoosier National Forest located in Tell City, Perry County, Indiana.
