Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, supplies and supervision necessary to complete JFSD 930073, Demo Parachute Tower Building at Grand Forks AFB, ND in strict accordance with the Technical Provisions and drawings for this project. The contract is to dismantle the existing 63' high parachute tower portion of Building 534 and construct two concrete block walls and a roof to restore the first floor area for the user's functions, an area of approximately 360 S.F and all other work as specified in the Technical Provisions and drawings. The Period of Performance: 90 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This action is being issued unrestricted. All contractors MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database or their proposal will not be considered.
