The work is located in the counties of Lac-Qui-Parle in Minnesota, Woodbury in Iowa, and Brule, Turner, Minnehaha, Charles Mix, Codington, and Brookings in South Dakota. The standard industrial classification code for this project is 1799. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote which shall be considered by this Agency. Estimated construction magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation will be issued on or about July 16, 1999 and quotes will be due by COB on or about July 30, 1999.
