Work includes demolition, salvage of identified items and materials, removal of resulting rubbish and debris. Installing a material or a combination of materials to form an effective barrier against the spread of flame, smoke and gases, caulking and sealants, thermal insulation for mechanical systems, ductwork, air-cooled condensers, computer room air-conditioning units, air coils, testing, adjusting and balancing of HVAC systems and electrical work interior in strict accordance with specifications and drawing number H-1209. This project is solicited as unrestricted under SIC 1711 and is subject to the Availability of Funds. Project has an estimated magnitude of $25,000.00 to $100,000.00.
