The removal of all exterior plaster and lath to the wood sheathing. Removal of all doors, windows and frames; removal of built-up roof and fascia. In additoin, the removal of the built-up roof on the existing CMU equipment building. New construction will consist of underground concrete surge pit, new slab, framing of partitions, exterior walls, roof structure and interior partitions; insulation for exterior walls and roof, flashing and sheet metal trim of roof penetrations, factory finished preformed steel standing seam roof, joint sealant and caulking of openings and flashing, installation of steel doors and frames, aluminum awning windows, finish hardware and glazing; installation of metal lath and exterior stucco. Furring and gypsum board on interior partitions. Installation of ceramic title flooring and wainscot and interior and exterior painting. The installation of toilet partitions, vanities, toilet accessories, plumbing rough-ins and connections to domestic water, sanitary sewer and natural gas laterals and installation of plumbing fixtures. The installation of interior conduit, wires and panels, exterior and interior lighting and outlets; installation of pool chlorination and filtration system, and pool heater and enclosure. The Standard Industrial Code is 1799. The related Small Business Size Standard is $7 Million. The estimated cost of procurement will be between $250,000 and $500,000.
