It is our intent to award this contract prior to 30 Sep 99 if fiscal year (FY) 1999 funds become available. Otherwise, actual award of the contract will occur when FY 2000 funds become available, or a continuing federal budget resolution is passed by Congress, but not later than 29 Nov 99. This is a restricted solicitation in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration program. Only registered (8(a) firms of the SBA Region VIII COLORADO will be accepted. Copies of this solicitation are limited to 20 and availability is on a first-come-first-served basis to those firms indicating they are a prime intending to bid.
