The work includes the removal, wrapping, transporting, and disposal of the existing cement asbestos siding on Warehouses 2 through 4; the removal, wrapping, transporting and disposal of existing lead-based paint on doors and windows including trim on Warehouses 2 through 4; the application of a stucco leveling coat on the exterior cast concrete wall surfaces; the installation of an exterior insulated finish system with an integral colored finish on the existing wood framing of the warehouses; the application of an integral colored finish system over the stucco leveling coat; the replacement of designated exterior wood trim; and the painting of exterior surfaces of all doors and door trim; and the painting of exterior surfaces of all doors and door trim, windows and window trim, soffits, wainscots, roof eaves and fascias, and clerestory window frames on the warehouses. Incidental related work includes the removal and reinstallation of piping, conduit, security grills and other wall mounted items that impact the installation of the new siding. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1761. The related Small Business Size Standard is $7 Million. The estimated cost of procurement will be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
