Provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision to complete the plans and specifications for maintenance and repair of NDI Bldg. Work includes, but is not limited to, cleaning and repainting of interior walls, painting interior door frames, painting and/or refinishing interior doors, and painting exterior doors and frames, plus repair by bricking exterior, replacing emergency and incandescent lighting with High Intensity Discharge (HID), metal halide lighting, install surge protection on the main breaker, replace gravel stops, gutters and downspounts, insulate steam and condensate lines. Repair HVAC system by replacing all heating and A/C controls with DDC controls. A/C shall be operated two ways, one to control humidity and use either steam coil for reheat (when plant is in operation)or electrical duct heaters. A/C system should also be fitted with a hot bas bypass and head pressure controls to permit operation in cold weather, system shall also operate automatically to allow thermostat to control temperature. Provide a seven (7) day time clock with mark time override and night low limit thermostat for energy conservation. The period of performancee is 150 calendar days to include material approval, acquisition, transportation and installation. The contract will be firm fixed price. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. SIC Code is 1541. Size standard is $17,000,000.
