GSA is seeking a contractor to provide construction services for the U.S. Marshal's Service 24th floor renovation. The proposed renovation will be approximately 13,800 square feet. The project will include asbestos abatement, demolition of walls and ceiling, construction of new walls and ceiling provision of new MEP work, fire alarm and fire protection work and provision of millwork. All work is to be accomplished in phasing stages and according to attached specifications and drawings. The building and part of the renovation floor will be occupied throughout the project duration. Construction is expected to be completed within 180 calendar days. The estimated range is $1,000,000.00 to $3,000,000.00. The applicable SIC code is 1542.
