The contractor shall furnish all layouts, survey, plant, labor, supervision, quality control, materials, equipment, machines, tools, appliances, services, supplies, and incidentals needed to perform all operations in connection with the roof repair/replacement of base wide facilities on Goodfellow AFB and Lake Nasworthy Recreation Camp, TX. in strict accordance with the plans and specifications. The scope of work will be specified in individual task orders issued against the basic contract. This solicitation is unrestricted in accordance with public law and Federal Acquisition Regulations. The SIC code for this acquisition is 1761. Bids from all responsive, responsible concern will be considered. This solicitation contains a 365 calendar day basic period year plus two, one year, option periods. The contract minimum is $15,000.00. The contract maximum is estimated at $1 Million per contract period, with a contract maximum of $3 Million.
