Project is located on the Salmon River Ranger District, Idaho County, Idaho. Location of Project -- Beginning of project is approximately miles south of Grangeville, Idaho. From the junction of US 95 and State Highway 13 at Grangeville proceed south on US 95 a distance of 24.9 miles to Old Highway 95 near Slate Creek, Idaho; thence easterly along Old Highway 95 a distance of .30 miles to the junction with FDR #354; thence easterly along Road #354 a distance of 13.2 miles to the junction of Road #354-G and the beginning of project. Project consists of various types of watershed improvements including reconditioning roadways, furnishing and placing crushed aggregate surfacing, removing drainage structures, road obliteration, constructing ditches, seeding & fertilizing, hand straw mulching and other related and associated work. Pre-bid tour is scheduled for August 5, 1999 to begin at the Supervisor's Office at Grangeville, Idaho at 8:00 a.m. Estimated start work is July 1, 2000.
