This is a notice of intent to negotiate alterations services with Trammel Crow Company under GSA Lease Contract No. GS08P1338. The National Business Center in Denver, Colorado has a requirement for alteration of real property. Service shall commence on July 12, 1999 and be completed on, or about, October 1, 1999. The project will include selective demolition and alterations of 2nd floor 7201 W. Mansfield and alterations to suite 160, 1st floor, 7201 W. Mansfield. The demolition will consist of tearing down selected interior walls and doors. The alterations will consist of building offices and walls. Because such alterations are within the scope of the leasing agreement, and due to the short leadtime, it is the Governments beleif that only Trammel Crow Company is capable of providing these services. However, interested sources may respond by sending their information to the above address. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Any questions shall be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist. All responses from responsible sources shall be fully considered. This constitutes the only notice for this requirement. Due to the urgent program requirement, appropriate data, in response to this notice must be received within 2-days after date of publication of this notice.
