General Services Administration's Management Services Center (MSC)is
proud to announce the first in a series of symposia designed to help
Federal managers deal with the difficult issues of today through the
use of streamlined procurement methods provided by Federal Supply

Organizational, and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS) multiple
award schedule provides all Federal agencies access to some of the
world's finest management and consulting contractors while eliminating
many of the headaches associated with the standard procurement
process. The specific services provided under MOBIS include, but are
not limited to, consulting, facilitation, surveying, training,
privatization support, and support products. The Management Services
Center is hosting a 2 day symposium on Privatization and Competitive
Sourcing on August 5-6 at the Bell Harbor Convention Center, located on
the Elliott Bay waterfront in downtown Seattle, WA. The symposium is
designed to provide an opportunity to hear from privatization
policy-makers in both the civilian and military domains and will
include detailed "case study" presentations by federal and industry
partner teams describing, in detail, their experiences (both good and
bad) in navigating the privatization and/or A-76 process. This notice
is an invitation to managers and corporate leaders involved in this
rapidly changing field to attend this one-of-a-kind conference.
Provocative speakers, coordinated industry/federal discussions, and
real-world pragmatic solutions to difficult privatization problems, not
to mention August in Seattle... Who could ask for more? You can view
