This announcement constitutes the only solicitation_offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for proposals (RFP) F41636-99-R0131. This procurement is restricted to 100% small business. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-10, SIC 1752. Contractor shall provide nonpersonal services to refinish various wood floors on Lackland AFB, Lackland Training Annex, and Wilford Hall Medical Center. The government reserves the right to add Kelly AFB workload in the basic period or any of the option years at a later date. Performance period is for a basic year, 1 Oct 99 through 30 Sep 00, and four option years. Contractor must bid on all items and submit a Quality Control Plan (QCP) along with their proposal to the government.
