Additional work shall include all flashing details, such as gravelstop, drains, roof hatch and sky-lites, etc shall be done in accordance with NRCA details and manufactures recommendations. The solicitation is unrestricted -- open to large and small business concerns. The performance period sahll be 60 days after contract award. This will be a firm-fixed price contract utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). the estimated cost range for this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000.
