The work includes a 1722 square foot addition to the existing building. Work includes minor demolition, drilled piers, poured-in-place concrete, fire rated CMU bearing and non-bearing walls, metal stud truss roof framing, wood roof decking, composition shingle roofing, studs and drywall, exterior insulation finish system, interior finishes, communication wiring, and associated mechanical and electrical work. Site work will include sidewalks and a concrete, handicap accessible, ramp. The estimated construction magnitude is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
