Proposals will be solicited under RFP Number FFAP-WW-992000-N. Vehicles must meet the minimum standards of Federal Standards 122AP and 307AC as provided in the solicitation. Vehicles will be delivered to various FOB locations. The solicitation is expected to issue on or about July 20, 1999 and will be close on or about August 19, 1999. All responsible sources will be considered. Contract(s) will result in Firm, Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Type Contract(s). The contract period will be for one year with 4 one year options. The Government's estimates are 25,557 sedans and 19,911 light trucks which include AFV's. These estimates are based on all vehicles acquired by the GSA Automotive Division from 9/98 through 4/30/99. All requests of the solicitation must be in writing or by facsimile.
