Armstrong, 970-490-7216; Amy Wright, 970-490-7523 The Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The work includes but is not limited to design, detail, and provide 127 each 115-kV galvanized class 2 equivalent steel pole H-frame and 3-pole structures, in accordance with drawings and complete with the following: connection bolts, nuts, and locknuts (or lockwashers); polyurethane coating; attachments for removable steps; and structure identification plates. Deliveries will commence 90 calendar days after contract award and end within 365 calendar days after award. The Government intends to utilize procedures in FAR 13.500 in solicitation and award of this contract effort. The solicitation, specifications and drawings will be issued in hard copy FREE OF CHARGE. NOTE: In accordance with FAR 5.102-3, Western procurement officials will be limiting availability of this solicitation. Therefore, only a limited number of copies will be issued on a "first-come, first served" basis. There will be only one award made from this solicitation.
