The contractor was previously awarded the contract for the existing pre-cast buildings. The government requires that this current purchase is made with the same contractor to match existing requirements already in place. The basic dimensions of the buildings are as follows; exterior (12'x2'x8'8"),interior (11.5'x19.5'x8'),standard live roof load of 30psf, standard wind load of 27psf, roof shall have a 1.5" overhang on all sides.
