NOAA intends to award a two-year blanket purchase agreement for a source for unknown quantities of ISPS's. The ISPS is a remote solar radiation measurement system designed to operate in remote areas of the Arctic Region for one year. The ISPS includes one long-wave and one short-wave Eppley radiometer. Radiometers are enclosed in a closed housing during the one-year deployment and cycle clear of the housing once per hour to obtain long-wave and short-wave radiometer data.
