The Naval Medical Logistics Command's previous announcement for multidisciplinary medical health care services at the Naval Medical Center San Diego, Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, Naval Hospital Lemoore, Naval Hospital Twentynine Palms, Naval Medical Clinic Port Huenemem, CA, as well as their associated branch clinics is modified herein. The minimum quantity has changed and is now: 2 Cytotechnologists, 3 OB/GYN Nurse Practitioners, and 1 Ophthalmology Technician at the Naval Medical Center San Diego; all personnel necessary to staff the Women's Health Clinic at the Naval Hospital Lemoore to include approximately 2 physicians, 1 nurse mid-wife, 12 registered nurses, 6 LVNs, and 6 certified nurse assistants; and all personnel necessary to staff the Tricare Outpatient Clinic for Camp Pendleton to include approximately 1 nurse manager, 5 physicians, 3 physician extenders, 5 registered nurses, 5 LVNs, 8 medical assistants, 4 lab techs, 2 radiation/mammography techs, 3 pharmacy techs, and 3 pharmacists. Therequirement for Phlebotomists at the Naval Medical Center San Diego will no longer be included in this procurement. This procurement will be unrestricted and no special preference will be given for small businesses as stated in the previous announcement.
