The Department of Transportation (DOT) Transportation Administration Service Center (TASC), plans to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide human resource related (e.g., staffing/recruitment, position classification, retirement benefits counseling/seminars, federal employee compensation, employee relations) support services. Award of multiple indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract(s) in accordance with FAR Part 16.5 is anticipated with specific requirements to be awarded via task orders issued under the contracts. This procurement will be a small business set-aside and thus restricted to companies classified as small businesses under SIC Code 8741. Release of the RFP is planned for the first half of August, 1999. The RFPs will be distributed electronically via the Government's electronic posting Web site at http://www.eps.gov (reference DTTS59-99-R-00004).
