Robinson, Contract Specialist This is a requirement for commercial items prepared in accordance the test program procedures in FAR Subpart 13.5. This will be a full and open competition. This is an Indefinite-Quantity, Indefinite Delivery, Fixed-Price contract with a base year and four (4), one-year options. The Federal Bureau of Investigation(FBI) has a requirement for the training of FBI's pilots and designated personnel for flight and maintenance procedures on Bell Helicopter Textron, Model, Huey 206 and UH-1/H, types of helicopter. The Contractor shall provide, if required, storage and flight line maintenance for the FBI's helicopters. The Contractor shall certify pilots in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)procedures. The Contractor shall provide the most current data concerning the subject matter which they are teaching. The types of training provided related to the Huey 206 and UH-1/H are: audio-visual aids; refresher, initial, external load; certified flight instructor training; external load, hoist and other out of ground effect maneuvers; mechanic training in systems, normal procedures, and malfunction analysis.
