The principle features of work shall consist of furnishing all plant, labor and materials in performing all operations in connection with the asbestos removal, inspection, air monitoring, disposal for Project Number NKAK 99-1046 include, but are not limited to: (a) Removal and disposal of asbestos containing materials; (b) Clean area for inspection and testing; ( c ) Re-insulation of piping, duct work, and equipment; (d) Sampling and analysis; (e) Permits, fees and notices required by Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) Regulation 21, Environmental Protection Agency, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA); and State Certifications and Licensing in Asbestos Abatement. The estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. The performance period will be a Base Period and Four One Year Options Periods.
