The work includes furnishing all materials, labor, equipment and supervision for: selective demolition of walls, flooring, windows, and light fixtures; construction of reinforced concrete shear walls and foundations, new floor coverings, new interior partitions, new suspended ceilings, new light fixtures, new windows and window coverings, paintings, and incidental related work. A Quality Control Program will be required as set forth in the Contract Specifications. NOTE: Large business concerns are required to submit a subcontracting plan.
