The principle features of work shall consist of furnishing all plant, labor and material in performing all operations in connection with the repair and alteration of Building 1230. All work shall be completed in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications for Project Number NKAK 97-1015A/B include, but are not limited to: 1) New wall, floor, and ceiling finishes in areas designated; 2) Replace/relocate lighting and electrical items and systems; 3) Replace/relocate HVAC components and rebalance systems; 4) Refinish doors and paint door frames; 5) Replace windows; 6) Replace doors and frames; 7) Provide standing seam metal roof and roof structure; 8) Concrete pad extension outside lounge room 34; 9) Provide new entry canopy, canopy structure, and accessible entry and; 10) All work indicated in plans and specifications not identified above. This is a Firm Fixed Price Type Contract. The estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. The performance period will be 540 calendar days. This procurement is being issued on an unrestricted basis. Contract award will be determined by using Air Force Source Selection Procedures.
