The principle features of work shall consist of furnishing all plant, labor, and material in performing all operations in connection with the construction, demolition, alteration, and repair to the Fuel Cell Maintenance Hangar Building 222. All work shall be completed in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications for Project Number NKAK 99-1042 include, but are not limited to: 1) Install and paint two vapor exhaust fans and exhaust stacks for the north and south floor trenches in the south hangar of Building 222. 2) Install and paint an elevated platform on the north wall of the south hangar. This platform will support the exhaust fan and stack for the north floor trench. The principal features does not in any way limit the reponsibility of the Contractor to perform all work required by the plans and specifications. This is a Firm Fixed Price Type Contract. The estimated cost of construction is between $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. The performance period will be 120 calendar days. This procurement is being issued on an unrestricted basis.
