Navupgrade of SEC5355 MFCDU PANEL ID MOD KIT quantity of 1 each is added. The Government intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(C)(1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own the data, drawings, software codes or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
