The Contractor shall provide the necessary equipment, material and personnel required to manufacturer, deliver and set up/tie down concrete equipment shelters. Buildings are to be 8' X 12' without generators and 12' X 20' with or without generators to be delivered to sites located in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, North Dakota, Minnesota and across the 48 contiguous United States. Construction: Concrete and steel structural system with integral concrete floor; insulation factor minimum R18 for the southern locations and R22 for North Dakota and Minnesota; heated/ cooled; 2 each steel doors with deadbolt locks and frames; interior walls; exposed aggregate exterior; and low static floor covering. Exterior walls, floor and roof will be constructed of precast concrete panels with a minimum thickness of 4". Roof load rating of a minimum of 100 pounds per square foot. All construction will meet local and national building and OSHA standards. Period of performance is a base year with two, one-year options.
