This procurement is an assessment of the role and effectiveness of CARE Act Title I HIV Health Services Planning Councils in Creating Responsive HIV/AIDS Service Systems: A Study of Eligible Metropolitan Areas. The purpose of the project is to examine key issues for policy development and reauthorization of the Ryan White CARE Act. The contractor shall examine the relationship between changing service user characteristics and the scope of the care system for persons living with HIV/AIDS. The period of performance is 9 weeks.
