Work shall include the following: Demolition of existing side walks, doors and windows; construction of masonry hoist ways, room and machine room; installation of a hydraulic elevator system; and expansion of existing fire sprinkler and fire alarm system. The estimated construction value is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Site work shall not begin before 1 July 2000. Period of performance is 390 calendar days from date of award. Contractors must purchase Mylars and specifications from a reproduction company that will be specified in the solicitation.
