The base period of performance is 1 October 1999 through 30 September 2000 with two additional option years that the Government may exercise. The solicitation also includes the "Option to Extend Services" clause, FAR 52.217-8, authorizing the Government to extend the contract up to an additional six (6) months within the limits and at the rates specified in the contract.
