services necessary for the Construction of a New Group/Station Facility
at U. S. Coast Guard Station, New Orleans, Louisiana. The work
includes, but is not limited to, construction of the new building;
access road; fuel storage building; sheet piles; timber piles; precast
concrete test piles; foundations; concrete grade beams; concrete
foundation for a communication tower; bulkhead Nos. 1 and 2; concrete
apron; landscaping; signs; all site work and off-site utility work;
geogrid, riprap, and crushed limestone for the dike; as well as
hydraulic dredging and bucket dredging of the boat basin. All work
shall be accomplished in accordance with Specification No. 08-X3995 and
Drawing No. 08-X3995 (Sheets 1 218). All work shall be completed within
