This solicitation invites proposals for the construction of the Lake Jackson Branch Post Office to be located behind the Lakeshore Mall on U.S. 27, Sebring, FL and containing approx. 19,000 gross sq. ft. of floor space. The estimated base cost for this project is between $1,700,000 and $2,200,000 with completion within 300 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The minority-owned business subcontracting goal for this contract is a minimum of ten percent (10%) and women-owned business subcontracting goal is 7%.
