This is an Electronic Bid Solicitation. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required to perform various improvements and repairs to station infrastructure. Line items include, but are not limited to, excavation and removal of existing improvements or soils, site grading, providing aggregate base materials, asphalt concrete, Portland Cement concrete, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, manholes and drainage pipe. This is an indefinite-quantity contract with a minimum no less than $35,000 and a maximum not to exceed the bid amount. Estimated dollar range for the maximum is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The contract duration is for one year with two option years. All potential offerors are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (MAR 1998), lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
