66 -- PROBE STATION SOL N00173-99-Q-0114 POC Darlene Copp, Purchasing Agent, (202) 767-2374 Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for 1 each thermal Probe Station including: A 6 inch chuck, upgradable to 8 inch with temperature cycling between -55 and +200 degree C; Devices under test should be in a light tight and an EMI shielded chamber; Optics should have a 20x to 126x magnification; Station must be able to work with 4 RF probes or 8 DC probes or combination of either; The mechanical and electrical compatibility of the probe station with HP's 4156 Semiconductor Precision Parameter Analyzer and its HP 4291 Test Heads is required. Additional features of the Probe Station are 20 GHz ground/signal probes with 250 micron pitch and 1000 micron pitch probes. An impedance standard substrate must be supplied for calibration purposes.
