This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F1965099T1220, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-11 dated 99May03. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The Standard industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 7372 and the small business size standard is $18.0 M. The services to be provided are as follows: The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary for the MetaVR Efficiency System. Free pre-loaded terrain databases (with consent form) to include: CLIN 0001, (1 EA) Camp Pendleton, Chorwon, Fallon, Ft Bragg, Ft Hood, Ft Knox, Germany (STOW-E), Hunter-Ligget, Ft Benning, Nellis, NTC, SAKI (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Iraq), Ft Stewart, SW USA. Also includes command line converters, software license, and software warranty and maintenance; CLIN 0002, (1EA) shipping charge for delivery of the MetaVR Efficiency System and CLIN 0003 (1 EA) Custom Roving Sands terrain databases in CTDB and MDX formats. FOB Destination is preferred. This solicitation is from time of award through March 2000. Award will be made based on lowest price technically accepted. Contractors responding to this solicitation shall provide pricing for all of the CLINS. Quotations that do not include prices for all of the CLINS may be determined to be non-responsive.
