The Federal Highway Administration has a requirement for a study to research Repair and Rehabilitation of Concrete Pavements. The objective of this proposed study is to develop systematic, user friendly guidelines to be applied to existing concrete pavement sections for the selection of: 1) the better approach between the areas of repair and rehabilitation and 2) specific materials and techniques for optimizing the service life of the pavement considering both performance and cost. The SIC code is 8711. This solicitation will only be released and available electronically through the Electronic Posting System (EPS) at http://eps.gov.
