Site locations include, but are not limited to Navy and non-Navy Government facilities such as National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD, Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington, D.C., Naval Station Anacostia (DC), Naval District Washington (DC), Bellevue Housing Complex (DC), Naval Research Laboratory (DC), Naval Observatory (DC), Naval Security Station (DC), Marine Barracks-8th & I (DC), Henderson Hall (VA), Arlington Service Center (VA), Naval Maritime Intelligence Center (MD), Naval Air Facility Andrews (MD), David Taylor Research Center Carderock (MD), and the Solomons Island Complex (MD). This will be a source selection procurement for a combination firm fixed-price and indefinite quantity contract that will include a base year and up to four option years. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, administrative costs, parts, transportation, management, supervision, and inventory required in accordance with manufacturer's and national industrial standards for safe efficient operations. Award will be based on best value (management, technical, and cost considered).
