The purpose of the forum is twofold: (1) for the government to provide information about the upcoming re-competition of the Vance AFB aircraft maintenance and BOS services and (2) for industry to provide information that can assist the government in writing a requirement that will result in a contract that will best meet the government's needs. The forum will begin at 0830 and consist of a mission briefing, an overview of the service areas and an explanation of the source selection process. The second half of the day will be devoted to one-on-one question and answer sessions scheduled with each prospective offeror group. Each session should last 45 minutes to one hour. Format for one-on-one sessions: Please categorized questions into "public" and "private" exchanges. The public exchanges are solicitation clarification questions. These will be addressed first and may be shared with other offerors or the final solicitation may reflect changes as a result of these exchanges. The private portion will be used to discuss issues that are proprietary. Anything discussed during the private period will be held confidential and will not be shared with other offerors.
