1999 AIR FORCE SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION (STINFO) CONFERENCE AND WORKSHOP The Supportability Information and Decision Analysis Center (SIDAC) which is sponsored by Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) and operated by IIT Research Institute (IITRI) is presenting its annual STINFO Conference on 14-16 September 1999 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
